Doug Fraser, a Katy raised resident, has long had a passion for landscape construction.  In 2001, while pursuing his degree in horticulture, he earned his Texa State Irrigation License.  The following year he established Fraser 1st Class Landsacping, and in 2003 gained his National Backflow Preventer Certification.  From then on Doug continued to study different aspects of outdoor construction and became more interested in "outdoor living" as a whole.  The concept of not just focusing on one part of outdoor living, but being able to combine multiple services ending with a beautiful result interested him greatly.
